The Crescent Towers development will be based in the International Media Production Zone(IMPZ) which is located on a relatively new location on the Emirates Road. This change of location is due to the overwhelming interest generated since the launch of the project.

The project will be expanding by 8 per cent from the originally envisaged area of 35 million square feet.

The IMPZ launched in July 2003, is the first dedicated trade zone created in the region for media-related production activities.
